These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Jonathus LLC ("Jonathus," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Twine application. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Services by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile and to update that information as needed. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or impersonate any individual or entity.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services, including profile information, photos, and messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Jonathus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.
If you encounter behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it from within the Services. We review reports and take action where appropriate, including warnings, suspensions, and permanent account removal. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when required.
You may delete your account at any time from within the Services. We may also terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of profile information beyond what is required for account creation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonathus and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
