This Privacy Policy describes how Jonathus LLC ("Jonathus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services"), including the Twine application currently in development.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, complete a profile, or contact us. This may include:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and date of birth
• Profile information such as photos, bio, role, location, interests, and goals
• Communications you send through our Services, including messages with other users
• Information you provide when you contact us for support

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, including device identifiers, IP address, operating system, app version, and usage data.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Create and manage user accounts
• Facilitate matches and communication between users
• Send service-related notifications and respond to inquiries
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or harmful activity
• Comply with legal obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• With other users: Profile information you choose to make visible (name, age, photos, bio, role, location, interests) is shown to other users for the purpose of matching and connecting.
• Service providers: We use third-party providers including Supabase for database and authentication services and Apple Push Notification service for delivering notifications. These providers process information only on our behalf.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your choices

You can update your profile information at any time within the application. You can also delete your account, which permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages from our systems. Deletion is irreversible.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete your information promptly, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate operational purposes such as fraud prevention.

Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

International users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
